		<description>I agree this is a tough ask but what I&#039;ve said is the need is for business led standards - in other words, standards business can understand and which relate to their concerns. It plays directly to to the saas/cloud playbook of requiring great customer attention. 

An example might be: Are you SAS 70 Type 2 compliant? If so can we see a copy of the latest report? these are relatively easy concepts that business buyers can digest without descending into horrendous tech arguments.

As always we&#039;ll see but right now, I am more hopeful than at any time in the past.</description>
